Returns & Refunds

Cancelling Your Order

We understand plans can change. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within the allowed timeframes:

For single‑item orders: You can cancel up to 14 days after receiving your product.

For orders arriving in several deliveries: You can cancel up to 14 days after the final item or instalment arrives.

Items That Can’t Be Cancelled or Returned

Some products are made especially for you and can’t be cancelled or returned unless faulty or mis‑described. These include made‑to‑order items, products with a lead time of more than one day, non‑stocked colours or finishes and, capping, fascia, soffits, canopies and similar custom-made items

For made‑to‑order items supplied by the manufacturer, returns are only accepted at their discretion.

Returns

If your order has already arrived, please contact us before sending anything back. Once you’ve let us know you’d like to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 days. Unless your item is faulty or mis‑described, you’ll need to cover the return postage and all returns must be sent to our Swindon premises. A restocking fee may apply.

To receive a refund, products must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations, we’ll refund the product price and standard delivery costs to your original payment method. If your item was faulty or mis‑described, we’ll also refund delivery charges and any reasonable return costs.
